Why we need Braincare

Here I am with Dan Murray-Serter a serial entrepreneur & podcast host. He's the Co-Founder of Braincare company Heights (which recently completed a record-breaking crowdfund) and host of the UK's number 1 business podcast Secret Leaders.

We talked about Braincare and the importance of looking after our brain and Dan shared his story as to how the idea for the business was born.

I've got to be honest that I've never really thought about Braincare that much but after my chat with Dan it's most certainly on my agenda!

I'm now a subscriber to Heights - I've been taking it a couple of weeks, and I'm definitely happy with the way my brain is feeling so far! 🧠

I love networking, I love walking and I love Clubhouse so I'm putting all those things together and launching Walk + Talk on Clubhouse. The first one is on Tuesday at 9:45 AM (just before The Client Playbook).

I'm planning on running a whole variety of them but starting with a Walk + Talk for women in marketing and business. Put your trainers on, get some fresh air and come and chat with other women in business, have fun and network (totally free obv).

It's an opportunity for us to connect and collaborate. Always looking for people to sit on the panel and co-moderate with me so get in touch if that sounds like your thing.

Such great news for the kids + for us all that they'll go back to school soon. It's going to be a much-needed and welcome change. The daffodils and crocuses are out, the weather is warming up and spring is on its way.
